[PREMIERE] Kingsbury: Alone Again

[PREMIERE] Kingsbury: Alone Again

It sucks going back to the way things were after you fought so hard to move forward.

On Kingsbury's latest single, "Alone Again", we find ourselves lamenting a love lost and a relationship that's juuust outside our reach, only to live in our dreams forever. Kingsbury's words are scored by a sparse, chillwave bounce that feels like if Washed Out spent a weekend in the Bay. We've seen such a rapid growth in Caroline Kingsbury's stories over her past two releases, and what's most evident in "Alone Again" is her ability to stand on her own two feet. It's never fun to be alone again, but if we have to, we're thrilled to have Kingsbury soundtrack our quiet solo drive home.
