Fried Egg, I'm In Love

It’s Fried Egg Friday! Every week, our inbox gets hit with over 2,000 submissions and, believe it or not, about 15% of those are actually pretty incredible. Unfortunately, we only average about 30 posts a week, so for you mathematicians that’s about 270 that fall through the cracks! Okay, no more word problems, and only music solutions from here on out. The following tracks we just couldn’t let slip through our hands without mention.

EXES - Dear, Home

Such a pleasantry. Shot out to all the homes out there. Like most things, they come in all shapes and sizes, but they're often taken for granted. Let "Dear, Home" be a reminder to be appreciative and to call your parents, maybe mow the lawn or take the trash out while you're at it. Damn EXES always startling my emotions, I can hear them now pounding on the door I locked them behind, and rattling the chains I tied them up in (my emotions, not EXES). Home sweet home.

Body Language - Addicted

**walks into a room where my entire family is sitting in a circle, boxes of tissues everywhere** Oh come on, "Addicted" deserves an Intervention-themed opening! In this case, however, instead of my family, the circle would consist of my neighbors who would go one-by-one around the circle asking me to stop this obsession I have with Body Language and to stop playing my music so loudly. This is the part where I super-overreact telling everyone to go f themselves and perform an unexpected and breathtaking leap out the window and flail off into the distance.

Gigi Rowe - Run The Night

Anyone else obsessed with the Netflix series Narcos? If you're unfamiliar, binge that sh*t immediately. The second season features a couple episodes that cut to Miami and it's glittery nightlife back in the day. Gigi Rowe's music - specifically her song "Run The Night" - is on that cartel level in the musical sense, of course. Unarguably a lady bo$$ spelled with two dollar signs.

HOUNDED - Feel so Right Ft. Bamiyah

With a name like HOUNDED and a song called "Feel so Right" I kept one hand on my taser gun while the other pressed 'play.' With less than two weeks left of Summer I'm already on edge. It's sorta always Summer in Los Angeles but it's the principle not fear of actual weather rolling in. In any case, no restraining order needed here, in fact, these summery vibes that are on Level 10 are welcome to stay as long as they'd like. Hat tip to Bamiyah for being the icing on this decadent cake.

Win and Woo - Recognize (feat. Ashe)

Win and Woo, more like Nicholas Winholt & Austin Woo win, the rest of you lose. Better recognize that, right Ashe? The boys's latest release - in fact, their debut original, congrats! - not surprisingly checks off all the right boxes: quality production, song structure, lyrically engaging, check, check, check. (Sweet spot at the 1:42 mark)
