Rude: Heartbreaker

Rude: Heartbreaker

RUDE

How rude of Rude to pop up out of the blue and hit up 2015 with such a fantastic new release, Heartbreaker? The mystery british act, signed to Love by Mistake (alongside other acts IYES and Deaths) have conjured up a deeper dive into the past decades most-influencial, creating an overwhelming, unique sound from the off-start. Sounding like an amalgamation of Crash Bandicoot style crushed drums and marimbas, whispery male vocals, and honest lyrics, Heartbreaker sets the mood for Rude’s promising future over 2015 and beyond. Their label Love by Mistake seems to be the hottest small indie label right now, with other exciting acts as part of their creative family, and we’re not just watching Rude’s performance this fresh, new year but also the label’s as we predict success.
