[PREMIRE] Ron Flieger: Say That You Love Me
I'll admit, sometimes it's nice to hear those three words.
Unfiltered and raw, Ron Flieger's "Say That You Love Me," cuts with the emotional honesty of a personal diary. The drama, however, expressed vividly through five one-syllable words and a music bed with incredible dynamic control. Crashing drums and raging distortion give way to a wondrous three and a half minutes, that's yours to download for free! Flieger perfectly calls on the sounds of his contemporaries and influences to meld an achingly honest record, one that will live on long after the feedback has faded and the amps are on standby.
Flieger tells us, "I usually write a lot of music when I am traveling. I wrote "Say That You Love Me” however in my studio on my piano. It`s the same piano I've had since I was about 7 years old and my parents got it when I was a kid. So it means a lot to me. So does this song. It`s about not letting the chance go to say what you feel to your loved ones."
"Say That You Love Me" is the second half to Flieger's brand new double a-side single, alongside "Crystallize," below.
