The absolutely incredible V.V. Brown paid D.C. a visit this past weekend and performed to a packed house at DC9 Friday night. The intimate set was chocked full of tracks from her new album Lollipops & Politics and one very awesome cover of the Michael Jackson classic ‘Rock With You‘. Of all the new tracks V.V. performed my hands down favorite was ‘Tough Like Glue’. Infectious and energetic track with a powerful message delivered by V.V.’s even more powerful vocals.
