Fallulah may very well be the secret love child of Oh Land and Karen O from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs who was heavily influenced by her aunt Florence. Her music is a mix of organic and digital sounds that move and enthrall. There is no light or ethereal feel that Oh Land exudes but there is plenty of raw and slightly dark energy that comes from her textured and powerful vocals that fill every song. It is this raw energy that really set Fallulah apart. Something intense is lurking just below the surface and comes through in the driving guitar riffs and ominously dark synths. Fallulah is a powerful addition to pop music with melodies that are addictive, a raw sound that enthralls and energy that is unescapable.

There’s a resemblance to Cousin Dido in Use It For Good. I like the song in any case.
