Violca Yryku aka RIVIERA has been making music under many names in many outfits for years. She was one of the original members of dance-electro act, Fritz Helder & The Phantoms, and one half of Toronto producer/DJ duo MANSION with whom she took the blogsphere by storm in 2008 with her killer remix of Mstrkrft‘s Bounce. Violca’s transformation into Riviera has taken her career in a deeper direction, including remixes for major artists like Benny Benassi. Having kicked off her solo career in 2010 comes news of her signing to Paul Oakenfold’s very own Perfecto Label and Kenneth Thomas’s Myth Records.
