A new artist to perhaps keep an eye on is 17 year old Sky Ferreira. With names like Paul Epworth and Bloodshy & Avant helping fine tune things in the recording studio, she’s been generating some buzz. Her first official single was 17, a somewhat of an insincere adolescent cry for help. An I’m-cute-underage-out-drinking-and-stuff-I’m-so-bad kind of thing though it surprisingly developed somewhere new, and kept her around at least long enough for a second single called One.
