M.I.A. signed Blaqstarr, Rye Rye, Sleigh Bells and visual artist Jaime Martinez to her label N.E.E.T. in 2010. 3D photographic images of M.I.A. by Martinez were commissioned and uploaded onto her twitter recently. And last weekend at the 2010 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, a blimp over the California sky announced that M.I.A.’s third album will be released on June 29, 2010. What better way to celebrate then by Ableton-engineer Gorilla Jetpack Attack‘s remix and reworked title Bucky Done Sun.
