Sub Pop‘s Dum Dum Girls just released their ‘neither lo-fi nor too polished’ debut LP I Will Be. Most of the tracks have such a similar sound it’s as if the LP is one giant 30 minutes song. Although I think a friend of ours put it best: “How scuzzy do you like your rock? A lot? Good, ’cause you’re in luck.”
